AgriCare® is expanding to Texas and now accepting charter groups with the opportunity to lock in your rate till January 1, 2026. Medical underwriting can be waived — saving you time on the application process and no open enrollment needed for up to 15 months. Our health benefits specialists offer in-person meetings and bi-lingual support.

After January 1, 2026 medical questionnaires will be required for groups under 100. Groups over 100 can provide claims experience from their current carrier in lieu of medical questionnaires.
